Rebuilding a House

What do you do when a friend comes to you and wish that you destroy his house and build a new one. Their house is predominantly wooden structure and the termites are getting the most of it. We obliged and designed them a house 

 
DESIGN

We designed an "L" shape structure and adds a protrusion to the existing structure where the master's bedroom and living area will be. The house will sprawl from the living to the dining are to the bedroom and garage. We designed that they get a brand new master's living area that overlooks the wooded area of the subdivision.

CONSTRUCTION

We hope to build on the adjacent structure so as to allow them to live on the existing area. Soonest we finish the adjacent bedroom, we hope that they could move over and we begin to demolish the existing structure. All the new construction materials will be concrete, steel, and cement board.

UNIQUE

We will totally eliminate the existing design and rebuild over a new design. It would seem as this is a new house altogether. 

OVERALL

This will be a first time we build over a house.
