There's no place like home. We live here. We've come in and out of different dwellings, and when it's your current one, you say thank you. We tried to leave behind a lot of accumulated things since there's no big warehouse for it here, but it's only filled with small spaces with a big view. 
When you come in you've stepped out. We did not place walls on the ground floor. The fence will do and 'Sam' our rotweiller treats visitor's kindly sometimes. It makes us feel like we've gone someplace far but it's very close by. We live and work here.

And when the sun goes down, a new beginning arrives. The kitchen is quick to serve out an early dinner panini with a glass of cabernet.

Even a dip in the pool is a requirement on a hot night. Serenity dawns as dusks arrives.
Downstairs bedroom opens up to a pocket garden where you can walk around and end up by the pool. Simple things give more life to live.
It's good to call this home.
