PROJECTs we've done

2010

New Look.

Dared to be different for this year. This is a series of designs and is proclaiming itself even as the house is the first house to be seen in a premier subdivision of the city.

Med Bungalow. It started with a modest budget to fit a mediterranean design home to meet the subdivision requirement. Med may also stand for medical practitioner as the owner is a doctor.

Haite. Our first design for a simple two storey shed roof house. We were discovered through this website surfed from Haite. Great opportunity to work with the owner based and working abroad leaving us with the wife to coording the construction process.

Hinovan.

Designed as a van house developed to become a full pledge house with small pool. Set tall to see the ocean view, now rises to be seen by the other residence of the shore line.

2009

View Garden. A challenge to fit a quaint home with a multi angle lot. However, the most promising aspect of this home is the view of the subdivision garden. We eliminated the perimeter wall to connect this home to the spacious garden to create additional free space for the home to enjoy.

Compact Med. A very promising new subdivision with close proximity to two major schools of the city and given a lot size to fit a compact home for two, mother and daughter to reside in. We created the space that allows some space for a lanai with samll pocket garden, high ceiling for the living room, overlooking balcony that leads to the two bedrooms upstairs. Add a small master's balcony overlooking the front lawn. Finely finished by the owner to make all the spaces experience comfort.

Contemporary Filipino 2nd Edition. A neighboring lot owner, a few streets away from our project on Contemporary Filipino liked what they saw as they were searching for who would build their new home. The couple wanted a similar design and wanted a pool to be closely related to the home and accent the rear garden.

2008

Contemporary Filipino. Our supplier has a couple friend looking for builders, and since we literally bought most of all construction supplies from them, reciprocated and recomended us. They visited our MiCasa and liked the living space and we designed this what seemed to be already what they envisioned as a home.

Romano Italiano. Another retiree looking for someone to build a home for their retired years. This is our first with a circular stair well which shows at the front view where he also wanted to showcase his fine chandelier brought in from the US. We also wired 110 volts since he brought in appliances from the US.

2007

Mi Casa. While we were building the IndoHouse we started our own home right a few meters away. We didn't really mind it too much as we were busy doing two other houses. We just drew the design some time back and had it blueprinted and somehow it just went through the process and we said, why not.

MidMed. Along with the Indohouse and MiCasa, we did a midsize home for a retired couple. They say our Spanish house just a few meters away from their site and liked the colors and style. Not daring to venture into something else, we patterned their home what typcally can be called in this subdivision, a mediteranean house.

2006

IndoHouse. We designed from a scribble of an Englishman who wish to have a house built here for retirement and patterned after his life after residing a lot of years in Indonesia. As it turned out we began to realize that the design resembled the longhouses of Indonesia.

2004-05

White House. Started as a modern design and morphed into a touch of european country home.

Spanish. Owner is British and lived in Spain and now settled in Bacolod City. The best years to lived out in a home best resemble a best place. This house comes with a swimming pool and is modest in size.

2002

Garden Gate Our friend found many friends that also wanted houses of their own but with easy payment scheme. Thus the birth of Garden Gate which we designed and built 18 homes, complete with drainage, electrical, telephone, cable, and water system.

Market Our friend who works at the bank at FM Building has a friend with prime property in front of the public market. He wanted a market, so we designed and built this ever changing market complex.

ESM Building FM building is married to ESM building. So the next building rises as doctors clamor for a medical city. ESM building will become Palawan Medical City.
2003 Forest Gate We started clearing up the area. Garden Gate's friend have friends too and wanted also houses. Forest Gate will have 14 houses.

Parola Bodega Undergoing the design phase. A four unit storage facility is under process for construction.

Modern House Undergoing the design phase. A modern contemporary residential unit in the most prestigious subdivision of Bacolod City.

Two Storey Addition The native restaurant we built ("Balinsasayaw") would like to have an additional area for seminar and special guests.

Rebuilding a House A neighbor friend just couldn't stand their existing house as it is infested with termite. They wish to have it demolished and build a new one.

Balinsasayaw II. Once was a place for a Korean restaurant, and had change management many times in one of the main street of Puerto Princesa, our stonehouse owner whom we build a native restaurant wants a branch. We continued with the same native materials and motiff and is now one of the flourishing restaurant in the city.

2001

Big House A neighbor and friend of our Mediterranean house watching across the street as we built, also wanted his house built when we finished. We built from a design of an architect from manila, a huge house on a huge lot.

A Native Restaurant The owner of the stone house wanted a native restaurant, inspired by having a supply of anahaw (native leaf) for a roof. We designed and built out of local materials in the middle of an economic crisis. It's one of the crowded restaurants in Puerto Princesa.

Remodel a View House A friend of our friend just bought a 72" inch television and arrivingin a few weeks. Problem is that it won't fit their bedroom, so we built a new bedroom adjacent with glass window overlooking Puerto Princesa with a veranda. We love the view from there. ( we also designed and built a dog house for their doberman)

2000

Mediterranean A couple saw what we were doing with the stone house and they wanted also a house of their own. They run a gas station and an iceplant and wanted to stay close to the business. We designed and built right next to their business.

1999

Our House We need a house to stay. The family wanted mexican, I wanted jewish. We designed and built a cube 7 x 7 x 7 (jewish) Mexican house.

Bank Interior FM Building ground floor was taken by a bank and they needed us to set up the interiors with all their facilities including a vault.

Stone House A lady who owns a successful souvineer shop wanted a house of her own. So we designed and built a modern filipiniana house with a rustic feel.

"A" Frame House Our hardware supplier became our close friend. We built the entire Stone house with materials all bought from them. They have an unfinished A frame duplex. We redesigned and finished it. Now its rented by foreigners.
