FM Building

Right along Malvar St. cramped by 9 meter wide lot, we had to come up with a building to house a life insurance company and a bank. .

DESIGN

When you have a nine (9) meter wide lot, what can you do. We thought of cutting it into three and a basic symetrical design with slight distinct middle portion that is fully glassed to the third floor.  

CONSTRUCTION

We wanted to come up with spacious office area constructed with basic standard finishes. We wanted to keep the costs to a minimum, inspired by a friend that said the there are very good tasting "pancit" for the price of "pancit". 

We finished with 30x30 floor tiles, along all floor area and stairs. We used plain aluminum which we wanted the color in the first place to match with tinted blue reflected glass for all windows.

UNIQUE

We we happy to see a governor of the province no less to be the guest of honor during the opening ceremony. Also that we made new friends and clients along the way.

OVERALL

What we envisioned becoming a reality, and hoping that this structure is making its landmark in Puerto Princesa. We envisioned to be a part of making the face of the city with our structures.
