Haite

A new beginning for our design homes. It's fitting the retro into the modern world that fits the living style of today. This is a three bedroom house with the master's on the ground floor with an entertainment center, living, dining and kitchen. Annexed is the garage, dirty kitchen and maids quarters on top of the dirty kitchen isolating the main house.

The owner is working in Haite, thus the name. We emailed the progress while the wife and daughter stayed home to watch the house take shape. This was their second attempt for a home as the first one did not work out with the builder.

Living room with a separate entertainment center which was glassed one way, with a sliding door to shut the outside.

Enough space for living area with a door that leads to the master's bedroom.

Kitchen and dining connects to keep it close. Doors lead to garage and dirty kitchen then to the maids quarters upstairs. There's a small pocket space for laundry behind.
